At Perrito Pet Products, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Defective products can be returned, and we will send a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund for the product value. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process. Please return items unused and in their original packaging.

Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and correct. Perrito Pet Products is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. Any additional shipping costs due to such errors will be the responsibility of the customer.
